Space Grass
This soft and flavorful IPA has a massive amount of oats. The mouthfeel is hefty and Pillowy. The combination of magnum and comet hops brings a mild bitterness and slightly grassy, zesty, and citrus note on the nose. Fermented with a New England yeast strain in combination with the oats, expect a hazy appearance. *Contains Lactose
Double Haze Porter
This rich, roasty and robust baltic porter gets it's name from the hazelnut that comes front and center and acts as a nice balance for the roasty coffee notes. This beer finishes with vanilla to create a very complex yet drinkable baltic porter good for any season.
Stylin' & Profilin'
This west coast ipa features Azacca and citra hops for a tropical drinking experience. Mild bitterness with citrus and stone fruit notes and a clean finish.
Hi Bank Brown
This beer shares it's name with our family farm in the area. The stream that runs through the property supplies the water for the area and is the very water that is the base for this beer. Brewed with noble hops and nice earthy tones Hi Bank Brown is finished with copious amounts of vanilla for a smooth drinker that is perfect after a long hard day at work. Look for variations of this beer that include coffee and maple.*Contains Lactose*
The Dragon Abides
Named for the dude who is a fixture at the end of the bar since our opening. This traditional Irish red is balanced, malty and drinkable. It's reddish copper color comes from a combination of crystal malts and roasted barley. It features a nice toasty malt character with hints or caramel.
Colonel Angus
We took our base porter recipe and let it rest in kentucky artisan barrels for 8 months for a roasty, boozy experience. Hints of coffee and vanilla flavor coming from the roasty grains and barrel aging.

Blanton's
Original Single Barrel - Taken from the center-cut or middle sections of the famous Warehouse H, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel was once designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. Today, everyone has access to the world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet, with notes of citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is teased with caramel and butterscotch, all underscored by familiar baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Blanton’s Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984. Best served neat or on the rocks. Bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume.
Buffalo Trace
Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled, aged and bottled at the most award-winning distillery in the world. Made from the finest corn, rye and barley malt, this whiskey ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate. This will never change.
Bulleit Bourbon
Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by an old family recipe over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.
E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch
As founding father of the bourbon industry, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. left an indelible legacy. His dedication to distilling began at the close of the Civil War when he purchased O.F C. Distillery. There, he developed innovative techniques that are still in use today. Made by hand, this Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey has been aged inside century old warehouses constructed by E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrels are evaluated and selected to create a perfect blend of distinctive character that is like no other. This bourbon is a true sipping bourbon that honors the uncompromising legacy of E.H. Taylor, Jr.
Eagle Rare Bourbon
Eagle Rare Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. Every barrel is discriminately selected to offer consistent flavor but with a seemingly individual personality. Eagle Rare is a bourbon that lives up to its name with its lofty, distinctive taste experience.
Jefferson's Ocean
Barrels of Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea Bourbon travel aboard ships that visit ports all around the globe. The constant motion of the sea churns the whiskey, increasing its interaction with the wood of the barrel. Extreme weather ranging from the coldest of coldest to the warmest of temperatures hyper-ages the liquid in ways no rickhouse could. Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea® Bourbon is Aged At The Mercy of The Sea. Experience a voyage yourself.
Jefferson's Ocean Rye
Welcome aboard rye’s first voyage, joining our Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea® family as our 26th voyage. This double-barreled rye whiskey travels the world on ships at sea, blending the bold flavor of Rye with the rich caramelization that comes from the unique sea aging process.
Jefferson's Twin Oak
Our custom designed wave barrel creates an innovative and unique environment to finish our fully mature, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The proprietary, flash-charred, toasted grooved-staves increase the surface area of the barrel allowing more bourbon to come in contact with the oak. The result is a seasoned, double-barreled whiskey that is both smooth and well-balanced.
Jefferson's Very Small Batch
Jefferson’s Very Small Batch is a blend of our base Jefferson’s bourbon – a simple, yet substantial whiskey – with 3 additional hand-selected straight bourbons of varying mash bills and ages. This creates a whiskey of consistent quality while allowing for complex nuances to express themselves in each new batch. Our Very Small Batch is an approachable, easy-drinking and smooth bourbon whiskey that’s perfect whether enjoyed neat or in a cocktail, and enjoyed both by connoisseurs and people new to the premium bourbon market.
Maker's Mark
This one changed the way we think of bourbon, all because one man changed the way he thought about making it. Bill Samuels, Sr., simply wanted a whisky he would enjoy drinking. Never bitter or sharp, Maker's Mark® is made with soft red winter wheat, instead of the usual rye, for a one-of-a-kind, full-flavored bourbon. To ensure consistency, we rotate every barrel by hand and age our bourbon to taste, not time. Each and every bottle of Maker's® is still hand-dipped in our signature red wax at our distillery in Loretto, KY., just like Bill, Sr. would have wanted.
Old Forester 86 Proof
Created in 1870, Old Forester is the only bourbon continuously distilled and marketed by the founding family before, during and after Prohibition. At 86 proof, Old Forester delivers a genuine bourbon experience, with rich, full flavor and a smooth character that is ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, with a splash of water or in a classic cocktail.
Sazerac Rye
The one and only New Orleans original. Sazerac Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey dates back to the 1800s, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud’s Bitters. The libation became known as the “Sazerac” and America’s first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all.
Woodford Reserve
NOSE - Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa. Faint vanilla and tobacco spice.
