Oldham Gardens would be honored to provide our services for your next event, party, wedding, anniversary, family or class reunion or whatever the occasion is. Each event will be booked with our events sales ambassador and made sure to be hosted well by our events facilitation manager. Parties of 30 or less that do not require any type of special handling or weather contingency do not require a reservation. 30+ should go through our events page.
NO outside food or outside alcohol is allowed. Outside food is not permitted (excluding things like birthday cakes and kid snacks). Guests bringing in outside food may be asked to finish or discard the items by a member of the onsite management team. Outside alcohol for the purpose of consumption is illegal to bring on premises. If you are caught with outside alcohol anywhere on premises, you will be asked to leave.
Yes, minors are allowed. However, we ask that minors are supervised, remain with their parent and/or guardian for the duration of their visit; and refrain from running, destroying flower beds, swinging on poles or climbing on furniture. We provide numerous games and have guest wifi available. We will let you know if your kids are being a disturbance to other customers. Thank you for your cooperation.
Well behaved, socialized and leashed dogs are allowed outside.
No. Still No. At Oldham Gardens we have seating for over 600 people in our wonderful beer garden. There are small seating areas and very large seating areas and all of these areas provide standing room as well.
If you have a small get together 30 or less and have no special needs please see above "Do I Need a Reservation?" If you are 30+ people and have a need for special services, rain contingencies, catering, private bartender, corporate needs, etc. Please go to our homepage and click on the events section and fill out a request to speak to our Event Sales Manager.
Both public and private events are welcome. We work with a number of organizations and host special events year round. We mostly prefer to work in collaboration with organizations but we are open to hearing from you on new ideas. See above "What If I Want to Book a Party...?".
Yes. We are open year round and have seating that is indoor, some outdoor seating around firepits when allowed and some semi-covered space.
Yes. When the season turns cold we convert some of our tables into firepits. Please be aware that we are bound by the legal limits of starting a fire (wind, burn bans, etc.). Also, please let our managers manage the firepits as this is a safety issue. Firepits are first come first serve and are not reservable.
No. We close tabs at the end of the night with a 30% tip going to our beertenders.
With just about everything you need to know about Oldham Gardens on our website we decided to ditch our landline and focus our attention to the customers in our taproom. If you still need to call, please listen carefully to the message and leave us a voicemail and someone will get with you as soon as they are able.
We have a mug club at our location. If you would like to learn more about it please see a beertender and they will help you understand what is involved and how to get on our waiting list.

Paint Your Pet at 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens!
Join Designs By Ber for a fun and creative Paint Your Pet class at 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens on Sunday, May 25th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This is a ticketed event, priced at $30 per person, and includes all the supplies you’ll need, plus one drink ticket!
During this 2-hour class, she'll guide you through painting a portrait of your furry friend on an 8” x 10” canvas. All you need to do is focus on painting while she pre-sketches your pet onto the canvas for you!
To reserve your spot, please send payment via Venmo to @dylanjackson90@gmail.com. In the payment notes, include “Paint Your Pet @ 3rd Turn” and the names of anyone you’d like to sit with. Once paid, please email a picture of the pet you’d like to paint to designs.byber@yahoo.com.

Oldham Gardens is a 3rd Turn Brewing project. Established in 2017 Oldham Gardens has a rich history in Oldham County. The venue was most recently a greenhouse and nursery and the space still reflects that history. With over 1.5 acres of beer garden this space has so many unique spots to enjoy yourself. Get beer, cocktails, slushies or wine from one of the many locations on site indoor or outdoor.
Our first time to visit and we were amazed. So much to see, everything is family friendly. Food was delicious. Giant wisteria trees are awesome. Adequate places to sit and eat. Plenty shade. Bathrooms quite nice. Games, prizes, live music. Employees are all very friendly and helpful. This just may become our new hangout. Thank you
What a wonderful place. They have a huge outside area. They have beer on tap, alcohol slushies, and wine. The building next door is the winery where you can get flights to test the wines. There is also live music. Check online for dates and band. Dogs are allowed.
This is such a unique and interesting place. 3rd turn, Backside grill, and Hive and Barrel Meadery...all one spot. Interesting twists and turns... Amazing beer, food and the Meade..wow! So many places to hang out..kid friendly. Corn hole, bocce ball.. fire pits for chilly nights.. great staff. We can't wait to go back!
This place is a gem. Great atmosphere. Great beer and ciders on tap. The food definitely exceeds expectations as well. It's kid and pet friendly and the festivals that are hosted there are fantastic experiences. Even under high volume, the staff there have mastered getting people through lines while maintaining excellent service. Definitely reccomend.
Great brewery and restaurant! Really cool back outdoor area with plentiful seating. Drinks and food are both reasonably priced. Surprisingly enough, it's a great place for families as well. Cornhole and other lawn games are provided. Weekly food specials on weekend nights.
